Yoga has been around for more than 5,000 years and goes far beyond a simple physical exercise program. It goes directly to the heart and soul of the practitioner. It represents both the path and the destination to be reached, aiming to unite the body, mind, and spirit, enabling people to better understand their bodies, comprehend and accept or even overcome their limits, and, above all, for each person to discover a new world of possibilities in their life and in their relationship with themselves.
During the class, we combine postures (asanas) with breathing techniques (pranayamas) and relaxation (yoganidra). It is a journey of self-discovery that offers guidance and practical principles for the union of the self with its own spiritual consciousness to occur. We bring the idea of union and reintegration of the body with the mind, leading to the balance of the being. Moreover, it is the way through which one can attain the highest state of consciousness.
Hatha Yoga classes, lasting 1 hour and 30 minutes, can be held in nature, in the studio, or online, with all necessary materials provided. This practice offers a comfortable and enriching experience, allowing you to reach a heightened state of consciousness.
