Hatha Yoga

Connect with Nature

Yoga has more than 5 thousand years, it goes far beyond a simple physical exercise program. It goes directly to the practitioner's heart and soul.

It represents both the path and the destination to be reached, which aims to unite the body, mind and spirit, enabling people to know their bodies better, understand and accept or even exceed their limits, and above all, that each one discover a new world of possibilities in your life and in your relationship with yourself.

The term “hatha” is a Sanskrit word and means strength. It combines postures (ásanas) with breathing (pránáyámas) and relaxation (yoganidrá) techniques. It is a journey of self-knowledge that offers guidance and practical principles for the union of being with your own spiritual consciousness to take place.

It brings the idea of union and reintegration of the body with the mind, leading to the balance of the being, and also the way through which one can reach the highest state of consciousness.
