After the explanation, we will take a Stand up Paddle board tour and then start the SUP Yoga class, starting with a creative vinyasa sequence to warm and strengthen the body, stretch all the muscles and quiet the mind, ending with a meditative relaxation in the water before paddling back to shore.
SUP Yoga classes last 1 hour and 30 minutes and are held on the water, on paddleboards, with all necessary materials provided. This practice offers a unique experience of balance and tranquility, providing a deep state of connection with nature and with your own body. The ideal would be to practice fasting. If there is an extreme need, eat something light, easy to digest, and in small quantities 2 hours before class.
Clothing needs to be comfortable, flexible, and lightweight. It is important that the clothing has some flexibility to help you execute the movements. I recommend that you bring bikini and shorts.
