SUP Yoga

It is a combination of traditional yoga postures that are practiced under the paddle board. Stand Up Paddle board is actually your mat, and the world around you is your yoga studio, in which the elements of sun, wind and water are also invited.

This is an ideal experience for anyone looking for new ways to explore the island's beauty in a spiritual way.

I invite you to embrace the healing spirit of the Seven Cities while challenging your physical abilities by deepening your breath, calming your mind so that you feel more complete in harmony with yourself.

Breathe in the fresh air and experience outdoor serenity on the water with this exhilarating class designed for you to strengthen your mind and body. Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga classes start on the coast, with brief explanations of the practice, with everything you need to know before heading to Lagoa.

After the explanation, we will take a Stand up Paddle board tour and then start the SUP Yoga class, starting with a creative vinyasa sequence to warm and strengthen the body, stretch all the muscles and quiet the mind, ending with a meditative relaxation in the water before paddling back to shore.
