




A half-day immersive experience, designed to slow down, reconnect, and nourish body, mind, and spirit.
What this experience includes:
SUP Yoga Experience
A practice on the water that invites balance, presence, and connection with the natural element. Conscious movement and breath become a meditation in motion.
Healthy Brunch
A nourishing moment with fresh, local, and mindfully prepared food — a light space for pause, enjoyment, and sharing.
Mindful Walk & Breathwork
A guided walk in nature at the group’s pace, with pauses for conscious breathing, moments of silence, and gentle reflection — an invitation to slow down and listen.
Guided Meditation
A moment of gathering and integration, allowing the nervous system to calm and fostering inner clarity.
This experience lasts approximately 5 hours and takes place in close contact with nature, integrating various practices throughout the journey.
It includes SUP Yoga on the water, a healthy brunch, a mindful walk with breathwork and guided meditation.
All necessary materials are provided, as well as guidance and support throughout the entire experience.
Ages 18 and over, if you are under 18, you must have parental supervision and/or permission.

No. Yoga was not designed for flexible people or for becoming flexible. Flexibility in general comes from the process of practice and awareness of the body.
Clothing should be comfortable, flexible, and lightweight. It’s important that it has some stretch to help with movement. For the SUP yoga class, it is recommended to wear a bikini or shorts, and for the remaining activities, leggings or shorts with walking trainers.
